Terrible experience with bing lee, I purchased an item over 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received a tracking number, was told 4 to 11 days for delivery and still waiting, have tried calling and emailing and receiving no contact back, never going with them ever again.

My spread sheet clearly put Bing Lee at the front with appliance price and after sales product care for 4-year plans by over $1,000 (on $12000 worth of appliances on my wish list).
