The state contracts with Health Plans that deliver these services through their provider networks. Recipients are given the chance to choose the Health Plan that best fits their family's needs. WebIndividuals who choose to purchase health insurance through the Marketplace may qualify for a subsidy and/or tax credit to help lower their monthly premiums and out-of- pocket costs if their annual income falls between 100 and 400 percent of the federal poverty level.
